In-stock Items

Orders will usually ship out within four working days. The items are shipped from Bangalore, India. If the item is out of stock, I will prepare the product and this might take a few extra days. 

Tracking Numbers/Delivery Confirmation

All packages have a tracking number sent out via Email by NomNom Kawaii. Please note that the customer is responsible for checking up on these Emails/Tracking Numbers.

Custom Fees

The receiving country may hold international orders and might require the payment of customs fees. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The store is not responsible for any delays due to customs and will be unable to refund shipping/handling fees if your package is denied due to customs fees.

If you do not pay the fees, then your order will be returned to me, at which point I will issue you a refund for your order, minus the original shipping cost, plus a handling fee of $10.00.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After the Handling Process, your order will be shipped out with Shiprocket. All items are shipped from Bangalore, India.

Within India: 4-7 working days

Outside India: 2-4 weeks approximately

Can I cancel my order?

If I haven’t shipped out your order, I can definitely cancel it. Please contact me via the Contact form and mention your Order Number so I can get back to you quickly. 

Domestic Shipping

Domestic Shipping has an estimated delivery time of 3-10 business days but can take up to 2 weeks for reasons that are out of NomNom Kawaii’s control.

International Shipping

International Shipping has an estimated delivery time of 2-4 weeks but may take all the way up to 3 months due to reasons that are out of our control, such as delays at customs, holiday rush, high delivery loads, issues with your local post office and other circumstances that are directly linked to the post office shipping process.

My order is missing, but it’s marked as delivered!

On rare occasions, a tracking number will state that your order was delivered, but you cannot locate it. There are a number of reasons why this may be:

  • The carrier accidentally delivered your package to a neighbor
  • The carrier attempted to deliver the package but was unable to
  • The carrier has pre-scanned your package as delivered and will deliver it over the next 1-3 business days
  • Your package is being held at your local post office
  • Your package was sent to the wrong address
  • Delivery of your package was unsuccessful multiple times

Please always check in with neighbors and your local post office first, or wait 72 hours to see if the package was pre-scanned before delivery. If your package is still missing, please contact me, and we can open an investigation to see where your package could be.

Delays

NomNom Kawaii will not be liable for shipping delays directly linked to the post office’s shipping process.

  • Don’t hesitate to contact your local post office when encountering shipping delays. They will be most qualified to help you locate your package!
  • The customer pays upcoming Shipping charges, which are non-refundable unless damage or loss has occurred during shipping.
