All products sold through NomNom Kawaii are made with high quality & customer satisfaction in mind. Please note that because everything is handmade – there may be minor color and size variations. All products are packed by me personally in my home studio.

Does NomNom Kawaii ship to me?

We do offer both Domestic and International Shipping. Please read our Shipping Policy for more information. I don’t currently ship to the EU on this website – please visit my Etsy store. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders usually take around 2-4 weeks to arrive, but shipping time might vary depending on factors out of our control. Please read our Shipping Policy for more information.

I want my order refunded. How do I do so?

My order is missing, but it’s marked as delivered!

If your order hasn’t arrived, please remember that shipping can take up to 3 months, especially if your parcel is tied up at customs in your country or there is a national holiday.

On rare occasions, a tracking number will state that your order was delivered, but you cannot locate it. There are a number of reasons why this may be:

  • The carrier accidentally delivered your package to a neighbor
  • The carrier attempted to deliver the package but was unable to
  • The carrier has pre-scanned your package as delivered and will deliver it over the next 1-3 business days
  • Your package is being held at your local post office
  • Your package was sent to the wrong address
  • Delivery of your package was unsuccessful multiple times

Please check in with neighbors and your local post office first, or wait 72 hours to see if the package was pre-scanned before delivery. If your package is still missing, please contact me, and we can open an investigation to see where your package could be.

There is something wrong with my order. What should I do?

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me within 14 days of receipt for a return or exchange.
  • Return items must be in original & unused/undamaged condition with original packaging and tags. Return items that do not meet these qualifications will not be accepted.
  • If damage occurred during shipping, please get in touch with us immediately. If possible, provide photo evidence & your post office contact information. I will gladly replace the damaged item.
